Materials
¼cupMinnesota Dry-Roasted White Oak Acorn Flour
1 ¾cupgluten-free flour
1tspsea salt
½tspcream of tartar
2tspsugar
½cupshorteninglard
⅔cupbuttermilk2/3 cup milk plus 1 T vinegar and let set
Instructions
Cut shortening into sifted dry ingredients until it resembles crumbs.
Add milk all at once.
Stir until dough follows fork.
Turn unto floured surface and gently knead for 1-2 minute.
