Weekly at Mor: Meal planning for the week ahead

Weekly at Mor offers simple weeknight dinner options with clean-eating, low-carb diners in mind.

We were busy in the kitchen this week testing cookies. Yes, cookies. It’s not the reason you’re here but baking is a big deal to our testers. Truth be told, we’ve all got major sweet teeth. And after dinner ALWAYS comes dessert in our house SO after you’re done previewing the menu below head over to Facebook where we’ll soon be hosting our Baking Day Live. You won’t want to miss out.

Where do we begin about dinner this week. Cheeseburger pockets from Gnom-Gnom are simply yummy (and did we say “simple”). That is the best way to start a Monday.

I visited my butcher to get just the right chicken pieces for Tuesday but the butter lettuce (it’s gorgeous) we received in our first shipment from The Garden in Neenah keeps calling to me from the refrigerator. Maybe I’ll swap the Korean Lettuce Cups for roast chicken so I don’t have to wait any longer?

Around here Fridays in March require fish. If you need a keto recipe, this week we’ve got you covered. Oh, and don’t miss the chips.

Here’s the menu we have planned:

Monday (March 01):
Keto Cheeseburger Pockets

Tuesday (March 02):
Lemoniest Roast Chicken

Wednesday (March 03):
Korean BBQ Chicken Lettuce Cups with Kimchi

Thursday (March 04):
Ginger Beef, Mushroom & Kale Stir-Fry

Friday (March 05):
Gluten Free, Low Carb & Keto Fish And Chips

Now take a break and hop over to Facebook! It’s where you’ll get your all-access pass to our Baking Day Live coming soon.
