We were busy in the kitchen this week testing cookies. Yes, cookies. It’s not the reason you’re here but baking is a big deal to our testers. Truth be told, we’ve all got major sweet teeth. Where do we begin about dinner this week. Cheeseburger pockets from Gnom-Gnom are simply yummy (and did we say “simple”). That is the best way to start a Monday.
I visited my butcher to get just the right chicken pieces for Tuesday but the butter lettuce (it’s gorgeous) we received in our first shipment from The Garden in Neenah keeps calling to me from the refrigerator. Maybe I’ll swap the Korean Lettuce Cups for roast chicken so I don’t have to wait any longer?
