Make and eat good food with us.

Weekly at Mor offers simple weeknight dinner options with clean-eating, low-carb diners in mind.

This week we are sharing a “ketoized” chicken picatta we know you’ll love as much as we do and it happens to include our favorite chicken dredging substitute. Whey protein is an awesome alternative for traditional flour and holds up really well to frying oils.

We rotate spaghetti squash in as often as we can and the recipe we selected this week expands our bowl-dinner collection. With pesto, cheese and chicken how can you go wrong? Plus, serving meals in squash half shells saves on after-dinner clean up. Not to worry. We’ll share how it goes and any tips to make it even more tasty.

Cream of Mushroom soup midweek will be a nice savory winter treat served with biscuits. Pork kebabs are fun on lettuce wraps to get us to Friday.

Here’s the menu I have planned:

Monday (February 22):

Chicken Piccata (ketoized)

Tuesday (February 23):

Cheesy Pesto Chicken and Veggie Stuffed Spaghetti Squash

Wednesday (February 24):

Cashew Cream of Mushroom Soup

Thursday (February 25):

Coconut and Lime Pork Kebabs
