Make and eat good food with us.

This week’s plan includes some spice. You’ll see Serrano chili peppers, random splashes of hot sauce, plus lots of aminos and omegas from proteins (i.e. fish).

We’re starting the week off with an easier meal that gets rave reviews in our house. Similar to fried rice (cauliflower rice, that is), egg roll bowls are an easy throw-together quick weeknight meal.

Tuesday we are experimenting with grape leaves, and will be sharing our test kitchen notes from our halibut dinner.

Later in the week, we are making Vegetarian Korma– a unique option we are sharing from our “ketoized” recipe box. Thanks to allrecipes.com for inspiration!
