Weekly at Mor: Meal planning for the week ahead

We tested some interesting sheet-pan dinners during the past couple weeks and overall diners were pleased with the results. Not to mention, clean up is a breeze for the chef.

This week we feature a fish sheet-pan dinner we loved with lots of fresh herbs and coconut milk (reminding us of time spent in Brazil).

With warmer weather we have to have burgers and what could be better than a shrimp option? If you have a need for homemade buns and fries, we’ve got that for you, too.

Don’t forget about homemade ketchup with your keto fries (if you really want to get into the details.) We are testing this ketchup for our recipe swap this week. Stay tuned!

You’ll see a couple comfort-food meals appear this week as we all have busy schedules and time-crunch meal service is setting in again. You can’t go wrong with bacon-wrapped chicken fingers (I call this one inside-out cordon bleu!) and creamy cauliflower mac and cheese.

Here’s the full menu I have planned:

Monday (April 12);
I’m Hungry for That’s Shrimp Burger

Tuesday (April 13):
Wholesum Yum’s Baked Bacon Wrapped Chicken Tenders

Wednesday (April 14):
Diet Doctor’s Sheetpan White Fish with Coconut Milk and Herbs

Thursday (April 15):
Low Carb Maven’s Creamy Cauliflower Mac and Cheese with Ham
