Classic beef stew (bourguignon, to be more specific) is on the menu this week. Maybe it’s the sudden drop in temps or football season in the spring but something inspired the fall-like tradition to make one last appearance!

The rest of this menu is quite simple and includes a low-carb stir fry and feta bake that’s been all over Tik Tok. While I usually don’t play to trendy video recipes, this one from Keto Focus is a must try.

Meatballs are always a fan favorite and this week you will need to have your favorite keto bread crumbs or panko made from pork rinds handy. Either are our go-to substitute for cracker crumbs in any recipe.
